Terms & Conditions – Global Inspira

1. Booking & Payments

• The booking of a unit is subject to the payment of a booking amount as per the developer's policy.
• Payments must be made on time as per the agreed payment schedule. Delay in payments may attract penalties or cancellation.
• Allotment of units is subject to realization of payment and availability at the time of booking.

2. Pricing & Taxes

• The prices mentioned are subject to change without prior notice at the developer’s discretion.
• Additional charges such as maintenance, GST, registration, and stamp duty are payable separately as per government regulations.

3. Possession & Delays

• The possession timeline is based on current project development status and may be subject to changes due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The developer is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events like natural disasters, regulatory approvals, or unforeseen disruptions.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation by the buyer, a cancellation charge may be applicable as per the developer's policy.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.

5. Modification & Changes

• The developer reserves the right to make changes in design, layout, specifications, or amenities without prior notice, as required for project improvement.
• Any modifications requested by buyers in their units may be subject to additional charges and feasibility approval.

6. Legal & Compliance

• The project is RERA registered, and all transactions will comply with the applicable real estate laws and regulations.
• Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.

7. Maintenance & Handover

• Post-possession, buyers are required to pay maintenance charges as per the society’s operational requirements.
• The developer will not be responsible for any issues post-handover unless covered under the standard warranty period.
